The Print Preview screen displays the following:
| • | Shows you how the selected layout for the Print Jobs will look once it is sent to the printer. |
| • | Scroll arrows offer front-side and backside page navigation. |
| • | Drop down menus allow you to select various categories, and Layouts. |
| • | Sheet Selection allows you to print just the front, back or both pages of a document, as well as, determine which pages to begin and end printing. |
| • | Brief description pertaining to the selected layout. |
